From February to March, the “Meet Your Foundation” campaign opened a different window: not onto the programs or the numbers, but onto the team that makes them possible. Four stories about why social work is not just a career, but a way of being in the world.

He approaches every conversation with the same attentiveness he brings to every project. With twenty years of experience in the social sector, she is currently the Foundation’s Head of Strategic Alliances—responsible for building bridges between institutions and ensuring that collaborations take root. In it, experience and warmth do not conflict but rather reinforce one another, translating into enduring working relationships and alliances that generate real impact.
For Erika, the Foundation is color, life, and empathy, as well as professional commitment. Being part of an institution that transforms realities is not just an achievement; it is, he says, an honor.
Alan Díaz
He has a thirteen-year track record in the social sector, approaching his work with a level of dedication evident in every project he touches. As Social Innovation Coordinator, his role is to strengthen the ties between the Foundation’s initiatives and the corporate *Corazones Bocar* program, ensuring that social commitment reaches every corner of the company.
Alan is one of those people who make the journey lighter: he has ideas, a sense of humor, and a quiet generosity evident in the way he treats those who work alongside him. He has learned, after years in this profession, that the most solid projects are not built by a single person, but by everyone who decides to believe in something together.
Abril Cárdenas
Think about the community the way others think about the future: with hope and responsibility. As the Project Management Coordinator, she ensures that every initiative receives genuine support and follows clear processes, with a level of transparency that fosters trust.
But what drives Abril goes beyond coordination: it is the conviction that real change is built together with all voices. So that no one is left out. That building together is, in itself, part of the transformation.
Priscila Femat
He joined the Foundation when it was still an idea taking shape, and since then, he has been its compass. As a manager, he leads with a rare combination: the precision of someone trained in actuarial science and the warmth of someone who never loses sight of the people behind the numbers.
After years in the financial sector, he found his purpose in something different: creating opportunities, redistributing possibilities, and offering support. Her team knows it: Priscila is always there. Listens, drives, sustains. And much of what the Foundation is also rests on that constant presence.
A foundation is not just its programs. They are also the people who decide, day by day, that it is worth it. Erika, Alan, Abril, and Priscila are part of that answer.
